Tide — a tea brand from the packet up
Naming, packaging and a small product line for a tea that ships by post.
T
Tide sells one thing well: loose-leaf tea in a packet that survives the postal service and looks good on a shelf it was never designed for.
What we did
We named it, drew the identity, and designed the packet as a product in its own right — a resealable pouch that folds down honestly, prints in two colours, and tells you how to brew the thing without a lecture.
The outcome
Breakages dropped, re-orders rose, and the packet started showing up in photos its owners took themselves. That last one is the metric we actually care about.
